What is a Reiki Circle?

Reiki is science-supported as a safe, gentle form of complementary health therapy for people & pets.
How does Reiki work, exactly? Research shows that Reiki transmission activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system (aka the antidote to the fight-flight-freeze stress response) to offer support and healing where it is needed, including (but not limited to) these commonly reported areas.
- Easing of anxiety or depression.
- Promote stress reduction and relief.
- Aid in healing from illness, injury, trauma or loss.
- Help with managing chronic health issues.
- Support during transition times and at end of life.

How will this work?
For one Monday evening each month, we will gather on Zoom for one hour to participate in a healing, restoring, nurturing and supportive Reiki Circle experience.
Who is invited?
You are welcome. Your pets are welcome. Your friends and family and their pets are also welcome.
What will we do?
Each Circle will begin with a short guided breathing meditation to help you arrive fully in body, mind, heart and soul (your pets won’t need the help but I promise you will appreciate it!).
Then during the distance Reiki transmission, you and your pets will have the chance to enjoy the added healing and supportive benefits of listening to solfeggio frequency music.
What is solfeggio tone music?
This is music composed to harmonize naturally with the Earth’s own heartbeat. Each frequency conveys specific wellness, healing and supportive benefits that can enhance the benefits of Reiki transmission.
